Im just using rotella in my motorcycle... Its not like i committed murder or anything.
After many many hours of reading and listening to so-called-professionals-of-the-internets i pulled the trigger on some oil for the bike. Went with rotella t6 5w40. Supposedly its fine for wet clutches. Probably should have gone with 15w40 but wallyword didnt have any. Did a 50 mile cruise after the oil change, shifting seems a tad different. Like a better different. But no other noticeable changes, or clutch slippage.
Anyone else use rotella in their bikes?
I thought about using motul, but doing some maths it seems that after about the 10th oil change, ill have spent more in oil than the bike is worth...

I don't see why Rotella would have any different effects from any other oil, it just has more detergent in it IIRC since it's formulated for Diesel engines. I have ran Rotella in my Rambler with no problems, if it isn't destroying your clutch fibers (which I doubt would happen) then you should be good to go.
